Elder Mediation is the newest branch to emerge in the mediation field. Elder
mediation helps families work together in making effective decisions regarding
aging parents, whether discussing driving, staying in the home, guardianship,
financial needs, or health concerns
Seminar #3: Victim Offender Mediation & Restorative Justice
$100, Friday, December 2, 2011, 3:15 – 5:15 pm [2 CME. 1 CLE, additional CLE

In Victim Offender Mediation, juvenile offenders face the victims of their
crimes. The victims who choose to mediate discuss their losses, and together,
the victims and offenders work together to attempt to make the victims whole.
